Donations to OV6 are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service. Donations are recorded as tax-deductible contributions to a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN: 33-4737345) to the extent allowed by law. Consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.
- One-time donations are charged to your selected payment method at the time of submission.
- Recurring donations are charged on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel a recurring donation at any time by emailing info@ov6.org.
- Refunds: Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will consider the request in good faith.
- No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations except where specifically stated.
3. Program Applications and Participation
If you apply to or participate in an OV6 program, additional terms specific to that program will apply and will be communicated to you separately. Application to a program does not guarantee acceptance. OV6 retains full discretion over eligibility decisions, program design, and the allocation of resources, consistent with our charitable purposes and our nondiscrimination policy.
4. Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the OV6 name and marks, is the property of Overwatch Veteran's 6 Inc. or our licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of the site without our prior written consent, except that you may share short excerpts for non-commercial purposes with attribution.
