What We Do
OV6 develops real estate using multiple delivery methods, and offers free website building and AI software suites to qualifying veteran-owned businesses.
OV6 acquires land, develops communities, and matches each veteran family to the right home using multiple delivery methods — including custom-built, modular, and 3D-printed concrete, and others as the lot and household require. Inaugural project: 40 lots in Sussex County, Delaware. 80+ lots remain in the broader pipeline.

Verified veterans with a DD-214 (or equivalent service record) who complete OV6's homeownership-readiness assessment. Surviving spouses and certain Gold Star families may qualify — ask us.
They own. OV6 is not a rental program. Veterans build equity in homes they own and may qualify for other opportunities.
Our first community is in Sussex County, Delaware, near Lewes. We use SussexCounty.ai to check zoning, flood maps, and permits on each lot before we build.
Multiple. Families are not identical, so neither are the homes. Custom-built is for permanence and coastal character. Modular is factory-fast. 3D-printed concrete is next-generation cost. Other methods enter as lots and households require. OV6 matches method to the household, the lot, and the budget — not the other way around.

Yes — free website building and AI software suites for qualifying veteran-owned businesses. That program is separate from homeownership. It is for veteran-owned businesses, not mixed into the housing pathway.
This is a development pipeline, not a waitlist for existing units. Interest-list veterans are contacted as lots clear entitlements and a delivery method is assigned. There is no guaranteed move-in date until a specific unit is under contract.
Those programs matter. OV6 is a developer-operator: we build or set the house and structure ownership. We do not place veterans into someone else's rental stock. Free websites and AI software are a separate program for qualifying veteran-owned businesses.
